Search for a specific voicemail in Softphone (Edify App)

This article explains how to search for a specific voicemail in Softphone Edify App.

Steps

1. Log into Edify App at app.edify.cx.

2. Open the softphone workspace.

3. Click the voicemail tab.

4. Open the filter menu.

5. Select the filtering option, either From or Date.

6. Click into the search field.

7. Enter the applicable search criteria: if you selected ‘From’ in the filter menu, enter a phone number; if you selected ‘Date’ from the filter menu, enter a date. 

8. Click the Search Voicemails button.

9. Notice the voicemail log now shows records matching your search criteria.
