This article explains how to send a call from softphone to another device in App.
Before completing this type of transfer, ensure that you have a mobile phone number associated with your account. Update your mobile phone number in the Basic container of your profile settings.
1. Open the transfer menu.
2. Select Mobile Phone.
3. Notice your softphone call session ends and the softphone workspace closes.
Before completing this type of transfer, ensure that you have a forwarding phone number associated with your account. Update your forwarding phone number in the Voice container of your profile’s call settings.

2. Select FW Number.

To access this option, your admin must provision at least one desk phone to your user in Console.
