View and download a fax (Edify App)

This article explains how to view and download a fax in Edify App.

Steps

1. Log into Edify App at app.edify.cx.

2. Open the softphone workspace.

3. Click on the UC fax tab.

4. Search or scroll to the record you want to download.

5. Click the download fax button.

6. The fax will open in a new tab where you can view, download, or print it.
