Add a Salesforce integration (Edify Console)

Edify Console > Integrations > Add a Salesforce integration (Edify Console)

This article explains how to add an integration to a Salesforce account in Edify Console.

Steps

1. Log into Edify Console at console.edify.cx.

2. Navigate to Account > Integrations.

3. Click the New Salesforce Integration button in the top-right corner of the screen.

4. Fill out the following pieces of information on the form:

  • Connection Name

  • Type (Production or Sandbox)

      • A production connection is intended for real-world use

      • A Sandbox connection is intended for testing.

  • Username (your Salesforce username)

  • Password (your Salesforce password)

  • Security Token (associated with your Salesforce account. Provided by Salesforce)

  • Alert Emails (separate multiple email addresses with commas and no spaces)

  • Frequency (a positive, whole number representing how often you want to be alerted.

  • Seconds / Minutes / Hours / Days (for alert frequency)

5. Click the Save button in the top-right corner of the screen to save your changes or the Cancel button to cancel.
