Modify a Zendesk integration (Edify Console)

This article explains how to modify a Zendesk integration in Edify Console.

Steps

1. Log into Edify Console at console.edify.cx.

2. Navigate to Account > Integrations.

3. Select the existing Zendesk integration that you’d like to modify.

4. Click the Edit button in the top-right corner of the screen.

5. Make any changes to the integration configuration as necessary.

6. Click the Save button in the top-right corner of the screen to save your changes or the Cancel button to cancel.
