Add or remove a user on a ring group

This article explains how to add or remove a user on a ring group in Console.

Steps

1. Log into Console at console.avaya.cx.

2. Navigate to Account > Ring Groups.

3. Select the ring group you want to add users to or remove users from.

4. Navigate to the Users container and click the pencil icon in the top-right corner of the container.

5. Add a user to or remove a user from the Ring Group.

a. To add a user, select any of the users that appear in the user list.

b. To remove a user, click the x icon next to any of the user items in the container.
