Add or remove an external number from a ring group (Edify Console)

This article explains how to add or remove an external number on a ring group in Edify Console.

Steps

1. Log into Edify Console at console.edify.cx.

2. Navigate to Account > Ring Groups.

3. Select the ring group you want to add or remove numbers from.

4. Navigate to the External Numbers container and click the pencil icon in the top-right corner of the container.

5. Add or remove an external number.

a. Add a number:

i. Click into the Name field to provide a name for the number. 

ii. Then, click into the Number field to input the phone number.

iii. Click the Add button to add the number.

b. Remove a number:

i. Click the x icon next to any of the number icons in the container.

• The number will be immediately removed upon clicking.
