Change a user's email signature (Edify Console)

This article explains how to change a user’s email signature in Edify Console.

Note: Users can also change their email signature in Edify App (Settings > Edit Profile > Profile > Email Signature container).

Steps

1. Log into Edify Console at console.edify.cx.

2. Navigate to Account > Users.

3. Select the user whose email signature you want to change.

4. Navigate to the Email Signature container, then click the pencil icon.

5. Click into the messae body text area and input or modiufy the user's signature details.

6. Click Save or click the x in the top-right corner of the container to cancel.
