Disable Q Auto Pause (Edify Console)
Edify Console > Account > Users > Disable Q Auto Pause (Edify Console)
This article explains how to disable Q Auto Pause in Edify Console.
The Max Missed Interaction Count is the number of interactions that a queue user can miss or reject before their status automatically updates to ‘Q Auto Pause’.
Setting this number to zero means that the user is not configured for the Q Auto Pause setting and is not using this feature, so the system won’t count the number of times a user misses or rejects an interaction and it won’t automatically change the user’s status to ‘Q Auto Pause’.
Steps
Log into Edify Console at console.edify.cx.
2. Navigate to Account > Users > Individual User’s Name.
3. Click the pencil in the Queue container.
4. Type zero (0) into the Max Missed Interaction Count text field.
5. Click Save.
