Enable or disable the Change Comm Type Modal (Console)
This article explains how to enable or disable the Change Comm Type Modal in Console.
The Change Comm Type Modal lets you decide how to proceed with a voice interaction after the call is disconnected. See Overview: Change Comm Type Modal (App).
Enabled: The Change Comm Type Modal will appear, after the call is disconnected.
Disabled: The Change Comm Type Modal will not appear after the call is disconnected.
Steps
Log into Console at console.avaya.cx.
2. Navigate to Account > Users.
3. Select the user you want to enable or disable the Change Comm Type Modal for.
4. Navigate to the Queue container.
5. Select the Pencil.
6. Click the Change Comm Type Modal toggle.
Green - Enabled
Red - Disabled
Note: you must have at least one Action and corresponding Status selected from the fields above to enable this toggle.
