Log a user out of a queue (Console)

This article explains how to log a user out of a queue in Console.

Steps

1. Log into Console at console.avaya.cx.

2. Navigate to Account > Users.

3. Choose the user you want to sign out of the queue.

4. Scroll down to the Queues Logged Into container.

5. In the Queues Logged Into container, locate the queue you want to log the user out of.

6. Click the Logout button next to a queue, to log the user out of that queue.
