Log in and out of Console

This article explains how to log in and out of Console.

Note: Not all users have access to Console. Contact your administrator if you need access to Console and you have insufficient permissions.

Log in to Console

1. Navigate to Console by doing one of the following:

a. Navigate directly to console.avaya.cx in your Google Chrome web browser OR

b. While logged into App, click the Open Console button in the Settings menu.

2. Enter the email address associated with your account into the Email/Username field then click the arrow icon or press Enter / Return.

3. Enter your password into the Password field, then click Login.

Log out of Console

1. Click the logout icon (right pointing arrow).
