This article explains how to set a Max Missed Interaction Count for a user.
The Max Missed Interaction Count is the number of interactions that a queue user can miss or reject before their status automatically updates to ‘Q Auto Pause’.
When a queue user’s status is set to ‘Q Auto Pause’, the system will no longer automatically deliver them inbound interactions. This means that they’ll only be able to automatically receive inbound interactions again after they manually change their user status back to ‘Available’. See Q Auto Pause setting in Users (Console).
Log into Console at console.avaya.cx.
Navigate to Account > Users > [User].
Click the pencil in the Queue container.
4. Type the maximum number of missed or rejected interactions allowed before a user’s status changes to ‘Q Auto Pause’ in the Max Missed Interaction Count text field.
5. Click Save.
