Create a content article (Edify Console)
Edify Console > CX > Content > Create a content article (Edify Console)
This article explains how to create a content article in Edify Console.
Steps
1. Log into Edify Console at console.edify.cx.
2. Navigate to CX > Content.
3. Click the New Content button in the top-right corner of the screen.
4. Format the content, making sure to add:
A title
Content in the text field with formatting, links, media, etc.
5. In the Type dropdown, select the type of content.
6. In the Sub category field, provide a sub category.
7. In the Tags field, provide any tags to associate with the content.
8. Once you’re satisfied with your content, click the Save button in the top-right corner of the screen.
9. After you save the article, you’ll see the final product as your queue users will see it.
