Modify a content article (Edify Console)

This article explains how to modify a content article in Edify Console.

Steps

1. Log into Edify Console at console.edify.cx.

2. Navigate to CX > Content.

3. Select the content item you want to modify.

4. Click the edit button in the top-right corner of the screen.

5. Make any changes to the content as necessary.

6. Click the Save button in the top-right corner to save your changes or the Cancel button to cancel.
