Edify Console > CX > Email Configuration > Change the queue an email address routes to (Edify Console)

This article explains how to change the queue an email address routes to in Edify Console.

Steps

1. Log into Edify Console at console.edify.cx.

2. Navigate to CX > Email Configuration.

3. Select the email routing record you want to modify.

4. Click the pencil icon in the top-right corner of the email configuration container.

5. Click the Route Data field and select the queue you'd like emails to route to.

6. Click the Save button in the bottom-right corner of the container to save your changes or the x button in the top-right corner to cancel.
