Console > Numbers > Data Service > CNAM > Run a CNAM search in Numbers (Console)
This article explains how to run a CNAM (Caller Name Delivery) search in the Numbers workspace in Console.
The CNAM workspace allows you to enter a phone number to search for the caller ID that corresponds to the entered phone number (if a caller ID is available).
1. Log into Console at console.avaya.cx.
2. Navigate to Numbers > CNAM.
3. Enter a valid US-based telephone number into the Lookup Number field.
4. Click the Lookup button.
5. A list of results will be displayed below the search field.
