Connect or disconnect a timed workflow (Edify Console)

This article explains how to connect or disconnect a timed workflow on a queue in Edify Console.

For more information on the Timed workflows and the Timed Workflows container in Edify Console, see Overview: Timed Workflows container in Queues (Edify Console).

Steps

1. Log into Edify Console at console.edify.cx.

2. Navigate to Queues > Queues.

3. Select the queue you want to configure a timed workflow for.

4. Navigate to the Timed Workflows container.

5. Click the pencil icon in the top-right corner of the container.

6. Configure the timed workflow as necessary OR press the trash can icon to disconnect the workflow.

7. Click the Save button in the bottom-right corner of the container to save your changes or the x button in the top-right corner to cancel.
