Link a scorecard to a queue (Console)

This article explains how to link a scorecard to a queue in Console.

Steps

1. Log into Console at console.avaya.cx.

2. Navigate to the Queues > Queues.

3. Select the queue you want to link a scorecard to.

4. Navigate to the Scorecard container.

5. Click the pencil icon in the top-right corner of the container.

6. Configure the scorecard container to meet your needs.

7. Click Save in the bottom-right corner to save your changes, the trash can icon to delete the scorecard connection, or the x button in the top-right corner to cancel.
