Remove an interaction classification from a queue (Console)

Console > Queues > Remove an interaction classification from a queue (Console)

This article explains how to remove an interaction classification from a queue in Console. Removing an interaction classification from a queue removes an option a queue user can select when categorizing a queue.

Steps

1. Log into Console at console.avaya.cx.

2. Navigate to Queues > Queues.

3. Select the queue containing the interaction classification you want to delete.

4. Navigate to the Interaction Classification container.

5. Click the pencil icon in the top-right corner of the container.

6. Click the trash can icon next to the classification you want to delete.

7. Click Save.
