Overview: Workflow settings (Console)
This article provides an overview of the settings panel of workflows in Console.
Every workflow has a panel of settings that apply to the entire workflow. You can access the settings panel by clicking the tri-dot icon in the top-right corner of a workflow.

Visual breakdown
Workflow Name: The global name for the workflow. This is distinct from the version name.
Version created on: The name and date of when the workflow version was created (not published).
Default Workflow Voice Setting: The default text-to-speech setting for the workflow. Unless specific settings are configured on an individual module, these settings are what’s used whenever text to speech is initiated. You can choose the language and voice. You can use the play button to test any speech you put into the text box.
Fake Typing Events: Defines whether fake typing events will be used during messaging interactions. Fake typing is when the system shows typing bubbles to the customer to signal that someone is responding.
