This article explains how to download App.

Note: If you're using a Chromebook, there's no need to install the App. Instead, you can simply log into the App at app.avaya.cx.

Steps

1. Navigate to https://edify.cx/download-edify.

2. Select the download appropriate for your machine.

Mac OS

• If you have a Mac with an Intel processor, click the MacOS Intel button.

• If you have a Mac with an Apple processor (M1 or M2), click the MacOS M1 and M2 button.

• If you have a Mac and you’re not sure what kind of processor you have, follow these instructions from Apple and look for your chip type.

Windows

• If you have a Windows PC, click the Windows Download button.

Mobile (Android / iOS)

• If you have either an Android or iOS device, click Get it on Google Play (for Android) or Available on the App Store (for iOS)
