New features

Chat

You can now pin messages in any channel or direct message. Pinning a message saves it in the channel header for all members so the message doesn’t get lost in the conversation. It’s a great way to save important messages like reminders or frequently used shortcuts.

Pin a message

1. Hover over the message you want to pin.

2. Click the pin icon (thumbtack).

Once you pin a message, a Pinned button will appear in the channel header. Members of the channel or direct message can click on the Pinned button to open a drawer that contains all pinned messages in the chat history.

Analytics

We’ve added the ability to rename folders in the Analytics workspace. You can right click a folder and select Rename to change the name of the folder.

We’ve also added a back function to the context menu. Right click on an item in the Analytics workspace and select Back to return to the List view.

• Increased the width of the View All Reactions modal.

• Updated multiple tooltips to match our UI style and appear faster.

Audio Uploads

• We’ve completely rebuilt the Audio Uploads page. There are new settings that allow you to assign a sound file to a specific user, phone number, and LinkedID.

Queues/Queue Templates

• We've updated the Custom Tab icon selector so that it shows one variation of each icon in the selector instead of all variations of the same icon in the selector. Now, when you click on an icon that has multiple options, the options will appear below the selected icon to let you choose which one to use.
