What's new
4.8.5 - NEW - Switch between light mode and dark mode

4.9.0 - NEW - Workflow Replay shows workflow session path
There’s a new permission-based workspace in Edify App called Workflow Replay. Workflow Replay is where permissioned users can analyze completed workflow sessions to see the step-by-step flow of the workflow sessions from the point it entered and then exit the workflow session. This feature is only available for workflow sessions created and completed after September 14th, 2022.
Below are the important features of Workflow Replay that you’ll want to check out.
Review customer input details like transcription/audio files triggered from the Say+Intent and Say+Gather modules.
See exactly where a customer exited a workflow session, whether the exit happened at the beginning, middle, or end of the workflow.
In this example, notice that the customer left the workflow in the middle of the workflow session, so the Workflow Replay will denote how the customer left the session in the top right corner of the module.
Analyze workflow session data to better understand how the workflow session performed.
Look over each workflow module’s settings to see how it’s configured.
4.9.0 - NEW - New user permissions for Home list views
The ability to create or modify Home list views is now permission based, and admins can now define which Home list views that queue users have available, which gives admins more control over which queue users see which activity.
This means that when a user is created, by default they’ll have access to seeing all Home list views. However, admins can now change those settings to narrow the queue user’s Home list views down to only the views they need available.
In this example, the queue user only has access to the 'My Completed Interactions - Last 30 days' Home list view, even though there are several other public views available on the account because their admin selected this one view for this queue user to see.
Previously, all users automatically had access to creating and modifying Home list views to be able to see both active and completed interactions. Now, admins can define whether a user can create or modify Home list views to ensure only the users that need this feature have it.
In short, your Home list views menu will now only reflect the views that you have available based on your user settings. Upon the release of this feature, all queue users maintain the current Home list views they had available before the release. So, admins can now make changes to those Home list views if needed.
4.8.6 - NEW - Interaction message unread count badges
There’s a new feature available in queue that’s helpful for queue users managing multiple interactions at the same time. It’s an unread counter for active interactions that you have open but not viewing at the moment.
This is how it works: When a queue user has opened an active interaction that’s not currently being viewed, and a new message posts to the Feed of that interaction, then an unread count badge will appear on the interaction tab and on the Q workspace icon.
When the interaction tab is clicked, the unread count will be removed and that count is subtracted from the overall unread total that’s showing on the Q workspace icon.
4.9.0 - NEW - Workflow Session data source has a new column, ‘View Workflow Session’ - There’s a new column available for reports created from the Workflow Session data source.
This new column is ‘View Workflow Session’. Add this column to your workflow session reports to be able to quickly navigate to the Workflow Replay workspace for that workflow session.
Once there, you’ll then be able to review the workflow session path to better understand what happened during it.
Edify Console
What's new
4.9.0 - NEW - Home list view settings added to Home List container - Since only some queue users need access to creating and modifying Home list views, and only some queue users need to see all interaction activity in Queue, there’s now new Home List view permissions.
These permissions are where Admins grant the users that need specific Home list view permissions like the ability to create or modify Home list views or not. These new user settings are available in the Home List container.
View Types menu - The View Types menu is where admins control the types of views available to the user. The View Type options include: All, None, or Defined.
Create/Edit Views toggle - The Create/Edit Views toggle is where admins control whether the user can create/edit Home list views in Edify app. When a user is created, this toggle defaults to ‘enabled’.
View Types menu
All: The All option is where the user can see all public and standard Home list views in addition to their own private views.
None: The None option is where the user doesn’t have access to any Home list views, which includes standard Home list views and custom Home list views. This means that the user won’t see active or completed interaction activity in the Home list table. Instead, the user will only see the outbound interaction fields if the user has access to this feature of Edify App.
Defined: The Defined option is where the user can only see a specific list of Home list views. This list could be a mix of public standard or public custom views. This is based on what the admin defines as Home list views the user needs. This means that the user will only have available the Home list views that are selected for them by the admin. (NOTE: If a user has access to creating Home list views and created some custom private views, those will be available to the user that created them in Edify App. Those views won’t appear in this menu because they are only available for the user that created them.)
Create/Edit toggle
Enabled: When the Create/Edit Views toggle is enabled, the user will be able to create and modify Home list views in Edify App.
Disabled: When the Create/Edit Views toggle is disabled, the user won’t have access to creating or modifying Home list views in Edify App. They will only be able to select different Home list views if they have some available to them in the Home list views menu.
In the above example, 'Defined' is selected from the Views Types menu and notice that it populates an input field for the admin to pick each view that this queue user has available.
4.9.0 - NEW - ‘Workflow Replay’ toggle added to User Permission container - There’s a new user permission available in the User Permission container for admins to control a user’s access to the new Edify App workspace, Workflow Reply.
Enabled: When the Workflow Replay toggle is enabled, the user has access to the Workflow Replay workspace in Edify App.
Disabled: When the Workflow Replay toggle is disabled, the user doesn’t have access to the Workflow Replay workspace in Edify App. This means the user won’t be able to see or work inside this workspace.
