This article provides common use for the data source and a list of its tables.

Use case

The most common use case for the Tags data source is for creating a view of all the tags on your account to see which are required tags and which are not.

Additionally, it’s common to create a report of all the tags on the account to sort them by weight to understand how the tags compare to each other. This report helps you better understand which tags are more important than others to know how interactions will be processed in the queue. The higher the weight of the tag, the higher the tag’s importance. This means higher weighted tags will be delivered to an available queue user or a lower weighted tag.

With the Tags data source, you can also make a single view of all the tags on your account to be able to quickly see characteristics about them, including their weights and whether or not they’re active.
