This article contains column documentation for the Inbound Call Data table in the Analytics workspace in App.
The Inbound Call Data table contains information about calls made from a remote source to your account.
This table is included in the following data sources. Click any of the links below to learn more about the data source, including its purpose and any other associated tables.Â
This section alphabetically lists and describes each of the columns in the Inbound Call Data table.
Contains the unique identifier of the call associated with the inbound call data.
Contains the name of the caller. If no name is present, this value defaults to the phone number.
Contains the phone number of the caller.
Contains the recorded date and time of when the call was completed.
Contains the recorded date and time of when the inbound call data record was created.
Contains the duration of the phone call (in seconds)
Contains the two-letter country code (ISO 3166-1 alpha-2) of the sending party (the remote caller).
Contains the country calling code of the sending party (the remote caller).
Contains the phone number of the sending party (the remote caller) in E.164 format.
Contains the phone number of the sending party (the remote caller) in international format.
Contains the phone number of the sending party (the remote caller) in national format.
Contains the type of phone number being used by the sending party (the remote caller).
Values you will see here include:
TF (toll free)
LI (local)

Contains the total number of data packets sent from the Avaya.cx system to the remote party that were lost.
Contains the total number of data packets sent from the remote to party to the Avaya.cx system that were lost.
Contains the total number of data packets that were sent from the Avaya.cx system to the remote party.
Contains the total number of data packets sent from the remote party to the Avaya.cx system.
Contains the two-letter country code (ISO 3166-1 alpha-2) of the receiving party (the Avaya.cx system).
Contains the country calling code of the receiving party (the Avaya.cx system).
Contains the phone number of the receiving party (the Avaya.cx system) in E.164 format.

Contains the total number of minutes billed for this inbound phone call. Our invoicing follows the 60/60 billing standard. For example, this standard in practice means that a phone call with a duration of 1.5 minutes will have a billing total of 2 minutes.
