This article contains column documentation for the Outbound Call Data table in the Analytics workspace in App.
The Outbound Call Data table contains information about calls made from the Avaya system to a remote destination. When we say ‘calls’ made from Avaya, this means any type of phone call. So, this table shows calls started by a queue user from the Queue and phone calls started from an user’s extension.
This table is included in the following data sources. Click any of the links below to learn more about the data source, including its purpose and any other associated tables.
This section alphabetically lists and describes each of the columns in the Outbound Call Data table.
Contains the unique identifier of the call associated with the outbound call data record.
Contains the recorded date and time of when the outbound call was completed.
Contains the recorded date and time of when the outbound call data record was created.
Contains the duration of the outbound phone call (in seconds).
Contains the two-letter country code (ISO 3166-1 alpha-2) of the sending party (Avaya).
Contains the country calling code of the sending party (Avaya) for the outbound call.
Contains the phone number of the sending party (Avaya) in E.164 format for the outbound call.
Contains the phone number of the sending party (Avaya) in international format for the outbound call.
Contains the phone number of the sending party (Avaya) in national format for the outbound call.
Contains the type of phone number being used by the sending party (Avaya) for the outbound call.
Values you will see here include:
TF (toll free)
LI (local)
Contains the unique identifier of the outbound call data record.
Contains the name associated with the outbound caller number (if present). If not present, this value is blank.
Contains the Caller ID phone number of the user making the outbound phone call.
Contains the name associated with the recipient of the outbound call. If not present, this value is blank.
Contains the phone number of the recipient of the outbound call.
Contains the total number of data packets sent from the Avaya system to the remote party that were lost.
Contains the total number of data packets sent from the remote to party to the Avaya system that were lost.
Contains the total number of data packets that were sent from the Avaya system to the remote party.
Contains the total number of data packets sent from the remote party to the Avaya system.
Contains the two-letter country code (ISO 3166-1 alpha-2) of the receiving party of the outbound call.
Contains the country calling code of the receiving party of the outbound call.
Contains the phone number of the receiving party in E.164 format of the outbound call.
Contains the phone number of the receiving party in international format for the outbound call.
Contains the phone number of the receiving party in national format for the outbound call.
Contains the type of phone number being used by the receiving party for the outbound call.

Contains the total number of minutes billed for this outbound phone call. Our invoicing follows the 60/60 billing standard. For example, this standard in practice means that a phone call with a duration of 1.5 minutes will have a billing total of 2 minutes.
