This article contains column documentation for the Workflows table in the Analytics workspace in App.
The Workflows table contains general information about the workflows on your organization’s account.
This table contains information like:
What is the name of the workflow?
Who created the workflow?
When was the workflow last updated?
This table is included in the following data sources. Click any of the links below to learn more about the data source, including its purpose and any other associated tables.
This section alphabetically lists and describes each of the columns in the Workflows table.
Contains the unique identifier of the user who created the workflow.
Contains the recorded date and time of when the workflow was created.
Specifies whether the workflow is active and able to be used.
Values you will see here include:
0 (false)
1 (true)
Contains the unique identifier of the user who last modified the workflow.
Contains the recorded date and time of when the workflow was last modified.
Contains the name of the workflow.
Contains the unique identifier of the workflow.
Contains the assigned category for this workflow. The category drives which determines the complexity level of a workflow and its usage cost.
