Overview

With the Workflows data source, you can create reports that show you all of the workflows on your organization’s Edify account.

You can use this data source to retrieve information like: 

• How many workflows are on the account?

• When was the workflow created?

• Is the workflow active?

• Who last updated the workflow?

• What’s the workflow ID for a specific workflow?

In short, this data source is useful when you want to see information about workflows created on your account.

This article provides common use cases for the data source and a list of its tables.

Use case

The most common use case for the Workflow Sessions History data source is creating a workflow list report.
