Edify App > Settings > Call Settings > Overview: Call Settings (Edify App)

The Call Settings tab lets you customize settings for voice calls through the softphone and queues, if you’re a CX user. These settings are viewed and customized in the following containers:

In Edify App, navigate to Settings > Edit Profile > Call Settings tab.

These settings (with the exception of Auto Answer) are also available for an Edify admin to change in Edify Console (Account > Users > [User]). Edify respects the most recent updates to the settings.
