App > Settings > Profile Settings > Enable or disable voicemail emails in Profile (App)
This article explains how to control whether or not you receive an email notification when a caller leaves you a voicemail.Â
1. Log into App at app.avaya.cx.
2. Click Settings (gears icon).
3. Click Edit Profile.
4. Click the Profile tab.
5. Click the Email Enabled toggle in the Voicemail container.
Enable (green): This turns on email notifications. The Voicemail Enabled toggle must be on for this feature to work.
Disable (red): This turns off email notifications.
6. Click Save.
