This article explains the Queue Permissions container in Users in Edify Console.
Overview
In Edify Console, the Queue Permissions container in the Users workspace is where you assign users access to queues. This is also where you can set whether a user automatically logs into the queue for the first time or if the user has to manually log into the queue.
Note: Queue permissions are not able to be modified if a user was created with a template. Instead, the permissions have to be modified in the template itself.
In Edify Console, navigate to Account > Users > [User] > Queue Permissions container.

Search
The Search bar lets you search for a specific queue from the Queue Name List. As you type, results appear based on each character entered.
Sort arrows
Click the sort arrows to sort the list. You can sort by the following:
Name: Click Name sorting arrows once to sort the queues alphabetically; click twice to sort the list inverse alphabetically; click three times to return the list to the original organization.
Access: Click the Access sorting arrows once to sort the list to show disabled access first; click twice to sort the list to show enabled access first; click three times to return the list to the original organization.
Auto Login: Click the Auto Login sorting arrows once to sort the list to show disabled status first; click twice to sort the list to show enabled status first; click three times to return the list to the original organization.
Name
The Name column displays the name of the queue.
Access
The Access column is where you manage the user’s access for each queue. There are two access levels: Enabled and Disabled.
Enabled - When queue Access is “Enabled”, the queue is available in the user’s Queue List. This means the user can log in and out of the queue and manage interactions in it.
Disabled - When queue Access is “Disabled”, the queue isn’t available in the user’s Queue List and the user can’t log in and out of the queue to manage interactions in it.
Auto Login
The Auto Login column lets you choose if a user is automatically logged into a queue when they enable their CX status.
Enabled - Edify automatically logs the user into the queue when they enable their CX status.
Disabled - The user must manually log into the queue after they enable their CX status.
