Create a tag (Edify Console)

This article explains how to create a tag in Edify Console.

Steps

1. Log into Edify Console at console.edify.cx.

2. Navigate to CX > Tags.

3. Click the New Tag icon (sheet of paper with plus sign) in the top-right corner of the screen.

4. Enter a name for the tag with no spaces.

5. Configure the following fields:

• Name - Use this field to change the name of the tag.

• Weight - Choose a positive whole number to define the importance of the tag. This is used for prioritizing tags if there are multiple tags on an interaction.

• Color - Choose a color from one of the available options or enter the color code into the text box.

• Icon - Use the default icon or choose your own.

6. Click Save to create the tag or click the x to discard any changes.
