Create a Queue Template

1. Log into Edify Console at console.edify.cx.

2. Navigate to Queues > Queue Templates.

3. Click the New Template icon in the top-right corner.

4. Type a name for the Queue Template in the Create Queue Template modal.

5. Click Save.

• A blank queue template is created. The template contains the same settings containers as a singular queue. Configure the containers as needed. Refer to our settings container articles to learn more about configuring a queue.

Use a Queue Template

1. In Edify Console, navigate to Queues > Queues.

2. Click New Queue in the top-right corner.

3. Select the template you created in the Template dropdown.

4. Type a name for the queue in the Name field.

5. Optional: Add a specific extension number for the queue in the Extension field.

Note: This can also be done after the queue is created.
