Overview

The Dynamic Scripting Workflows container is where you connect a Dynamic Scripting Workflow to a queue. This allows queue users to use dynamic scripting to guide them through a live customer interaction.

It’s a powerful tool that can help to maintain consistent customer experiences.

In Edify Console, navigate to Queues > [Queue] > Dynamic Scripting Workflows container.

What does dynamic scripting look like?

When a Dynamic Scripting Workflow is linked to a queue, the Dynamic Scripting tab populates in the large tab panel of the interaction workspace. You can access it by clicking the scroll icon. Clicking it opens the dynamic scripting workflow in the large tabs workspace.

In the large tabs workspace, the dynamic scripting workflow usually resembles a survey, with a statement or a question, followed by a place for the queue user to input the customer response. This can include dropdown menus, text boxes, and/or radio buttons.
