Publish a scorecard (Edify Console)
Edify Console > Queues > Scorecards > Publish a scorecard in Scorecards (Edify Console)
This article explains how to create a new scorecard for coaching a queue user under the Scorecards workspace in Edify Console.
Steps
Publish scorecard version
1. Log into Edify Console at console.edify.cx.
2. Navigate to Queues > Scorecards.
3. Select the drafted scorecard that you want to publish.
4. Open the version menu to find and select the scorecard version that you want to publish.
5. The system now presents the Scorecard view workspace.
7. Open the settings menu (tri dot icon).
8. Select the Publish option.
9. Click the Publish button.
Publish and make the scorecard the current version
1. Log into Edify Console at console.edify.cx.
2. Navigate to Queues > Scorecards.
3. Find and select the drafted scorecard that you want to publish.
4. Notice the system displays the Scorecards view workspace.
5. Open the version menu to find and select the scorecard version that you want to publish.
6. Click Publish + Make Current.
