Join a Sync as a guest
This article explains how to join a Sync as a guest. You can join a Sync as a guest if the organizer has shared a link with you to join.
Note: You must use Google Chrome to join a Sync.

Steps
Follow the steps below to join a Sync as a guest from a link that's shared with you.
Click the link to open the Authenticate window.
Enter your name and email address into the text fields on the authenticate screen. These will be used to identify you in the Sync.
Note: The Sync code will automatically populate in the Sync Code field.
3. Click Submit.
4. Adjust your pre-join meeting controls. Then, click Join Meeting.
