This article explains how to use meeting controls on Sync.
Once you have started or joined a Sync, you have access to meeting controls that let you do the following:
Share your screen
Mute/unmute audio
Start/stop video
Exit meeting
Change the view
Get conference info
View/invite members
The meeting call controls are located at the bottom of the Sync display.
Use this button to share a screen on your computer with meeting attendees.
Click ^ to choose if you want to hide your screen share from your own view when screen sharing or not.
Use this button to mute and unmute your microphone.
Click ^ to select available microphones, change speaker settings, and access the Audio Settings….
Use this button to turn your camera on and off.
Click ^ to select available cameras, adjust the following settings:
Mirror Video
Hide Self View
Frame Rate
Video Quality
Blur Background
Virtual Background
Access advanced settings by selecting Video Settings….
Use this button to leave the Sync.
Use these buttons to change the display. You can toggle between grid and presenter layout.
Grid - Displays meeting participants in equal size thumbnails on the screen.
Presenter - Displays a large video of the person speaking and a scrollable bar of thumbnails below.
Use this button to see the Meeting ID, Link, Server ID, and Encryption status. Click Copy Invite, to copy the meeting invite information to your clipboard.
Use this button to view meeting participants and add members to the Sync using the directory. See Invite users to a Sync (App).
