View network performance data on Sync (App)

This article explains how to view performance data on Sync.

While on Sync, use the Network tab to view connection speed, audio and video latency, jitter, packet loss, and any video quality restrictions.

Open network settings

1. From a Sync, click the ^ next to the mute/unmute or the ^ next to the start/stop video icon.

2. Select the Network tab.

Settings breakdown

The following three tabs are found under the Network tab.

• Connection: The Connection tab lists the inbound and outbound bandwidth in kb/s. A high bandwidth generally corresponds to a better connection.

• Video: The Video tab lists the inbound and outbound latency, jitter, packet loss, and any video quality restrictions for video connection.

• Audio: The Audio tab lists the inbound and outbound latency, jitter, and packet loss for the audio connection.
