This article explains how to review feedback on a completed interaction in Edify App.

Steps

1. From a completed interaction, open the interaction coaching tab.

2. Click on a coaching comment in the coaching panel.

3. This opens a modal where you can view, respond to, or resolve the coaching comment.

4. Click the envelope icon to mark the comment as read.

Note: The "Read by" message that appears after clicking the envelope icon is visible to all interaction viewers.

5. Optional: Click into the Comment field and type a response to the comment.

6. Click Save.

7. Click Resolve.
