Log into or out of a queue (Edify App)

Edify App > Queue > Log into or out of a queue (Edify App)

This article explains how to log into a queue and how to log out of a queue in Edify App.

Log into a queue

1. From the Queue workspace, open the Queue menu,

2. Select Queue.

3. Navigate to the queue you want to log into.

4. Click the Enable/Disable toggle to the right of the queue.

Note: The toggle changes from red to green.

5. You are now logged into that queue.

1. From the Queue Workspace, open the Queue menu.

2. Select Queue.

3. Navigate to the queue you want to log out of.

4. Click the Enable/Disable toggle to the right of the queue.

5. A LOGOUT prompt appears on the screen.

6. Select a reason for logging out or enter one into the text field.

Note: Selecting a reason or typing one and pressing return will log you out of the queue.

7. Click the Logout button.
