Log into or out of a queue (App)

This article explains how to log into a queue and how to log out of a queue in App.

In this article

Log into a queue

1. From the Queue workspace, open the Queue menu.

2. Select Queue.

3. Navigate to the queue you want to log into.

4. Click the Enable/Disable toggle to the right of the queue.

Note: The toggle changes from red to green.

5. You are now logged into that queue.

Log out of a queue

1. From the Queue Workspace, open the Queue menu.

2. Select Queue.

3. Navigate to the queue you want to log out of.

4. Click the Enable/Disable toggle to the right of the queue.

5. A LOGOUT prompt appears on the screen.

6. Select a reason for logging out or enter one into the text field.

Note: Selecting a reason or typing one and pressing return will log you out of the queue.

7. Click the Logout button.
