Access your voicemail box menu (Edify App)

Steps

You must set up your voice authentication settings before you can access your voicemail box menu.

1. Log into Edify App at app.edify.cx.

2. Click the phone icon to open the Softphone.

3. Dial *97 and click the small phone icon to call.

4. Enter your access code (pin or MFA token) after the prompt. This is based on your voice authentication selection.

5. Press "2" on the keypad.

6. Select one of the following options:

a. Press “1” to listen to your unread messages, with the oldest first.

b. Press “2” to listen to your unread messages, with the newest first.

c. Press “3” to re-listen to your read messages.
