Enable or disable attaching voicemail file in email in Profile (Edify App)

This article explains how to enable or disable attaching an audio file of the voicemail to your voicemail email notification when someone leaves you a voicemail for Edify App. 

Steps

1. Log into Edify App at app.edify.cx.

2. Open the Settings menu.

3. Click Edit Profile.

4. Click the Profile tab.

5. Navigate to the Voicemail container.

6. Click the Attach Voicemail Recording toggle:

• Enable (green): This turns on attaching voicemail files to voicemail email notifications. When using this setting, you also need to enable the voicemail enabled toggle and email enabled toggle.

• Disable (red): This turns off email notifications.

7. Notice the toggle changes color.

8. Click the Save button.
