Return a missed call (App)

This article explains how to return a missed call in App.

Steps

1. Log into App at app.avaya.cx.

2. Click the softphone icon to open the workspace.

3. Click the call history tab.

4. Search or scroll to the record you want to call back.

5. On the record, click the phone/extension number to initiate the outbound call.

After clicking the extension, the system initiates a call to the extension / number you clicked.
