Overview
In Edify Console, you can enable or disable hot desking on any IP endpoint with the Allow Hot Desking toggle. Hot desking makes it possible for multiple users to sign into a device when sharing desks across different shifts.
When hot desking is enabled, multiple users can share the same device through the day as needed.
When hot desking is disabled, only the single, assigned user can log into the device.

Steps
1. Log into Edify Console at console.edify.cx.
2. Navigate to Account > IP Endpoints.
3. Select the endpoint you want to enable or disable hot desking on.
4. Click the pencil icon in the top-right corner of the Endpoint Settings container to configure the endpoint.
5. Scroll down to the Allow Hot Desking toggle.
Hot desking is enabled when the toggle is green.
Hot desking is disabled when the toggle is red.
7. Click Save in the bottom-right corner of the container.
