Create a reason (Edify Console)
This article explains how to create a status reason in Edify Console.
2. Navigate to Account > Reasons.
3. Click the New Reason button in the top-right corner of the screen.
4. In the Create Reason form, provide a reason type and a name for the reason.
5. Optional: Click the Include in Reporting toggle to make the reason appear in user status reports.
6. Optional: Check the Create Another checkbox to create another reason immediately after creating this reason.
7. Click the Save button to save your reason.
