Create a reason (Console)

This article explains how to create a status reason in Console.

Steps
1. Log into Console at console.avaya.cx.
2. Navigate to Account > Reasons.
3. Click the New Reason button in the top-right corner of the screen.
4. In the Create Reason form, provide a reason type and a name for the reason.
Optional: Enable the Include in Reporting toggle to make the reason appear in user status reports.
Optional: Check the Create Another checkbox to create another reason immediately after creating this reason.
5. Click Save or click the x in the top-right corner to cancel.
