Duplicate a scorecard in Scorecards (Edify Console)

This article explains how to duplicate a scorecard in the Scorecards workspace in Edify Console.

Steps

1. Log into Edify Console at console.edify.cx.

2. Navigate to Queues > Scorecards.

3. Find and select the scorecard that you want to modify.

4. Open the version menu and select the scorecard version that you want to duplicate.

5. Click Duplicate.

6. Enter a title for this new version of this scorecard in the Name field.

7. Click Save.

Note: The system creates a new version of the duplicated scorecard and displays the Scorecard view workspace.

8. To start editing the scorecard, click the pencil icon in the top-right corner of the container.

Note: Click +Add to add a scorecard question.
