Modify a scorecard in Scorecards (Edify Console)
Edify Console > Queues > Scorecards > Modify a scorecard in Scorecards (Edify Console)
This article explains how to modify a scorecard for coaching a queue user under the Scorecards workspace in Edify Console.
Steps
Update drafted scorecard
Log into Edify Console at console.edify.cx.
2. Navigate to Queues > Scorecards.
3. Find and select the scorecard that you want to modify.
4. Open the version menu and select the scorecard version that you want to modify.
5. Click the pencil icon in the top-right corner of the container.
6. Modify the scorecard as needed.
7. Click Save.
Update a published scorecard (i.e. create a new version)
Log into Edify Console at console.edify.cx.
2. Navigate to Queues > Scorecards.
3. Find and select the scorecard that you want to modify.
4. Open the version menu and select the scorecard version that you want to modify.
5. Duplicate the scorecard.
6. Enter a title for this new version of this scorecard in the Name field.
7. Click Save.
Note: The system creates a new version of the duplicated scorecard and displays the Scorecard view workspace.
8. Click the pencil icon in the top-right corner of the container.
Note: Click +Add to add a scorecard question.
9. Modify the scorecard as needed.
10. Click Save.
