Overview: End workflow module (Edify Console)

Edify Console > Workflows > Workflow modules > Overview: End workflow module (Edify Console)

This article explains the function and implementation process of using the End module in the Workflows tool of Edify Console.

Overview

In Edify workflows, the End module terminates the workflow session. All workflows must include an End module to cease processing of the workflow (excluding those that end with a Transfer module). Attempting to publish a workflow without an End module will result in an error prompting you to make sure all modules are properly linked.

The End workflow module

The only configurable option for an End module is the Remove Script UI toggle. When enabled, this toggle removes the Script tab within a queue user’s view of a customer interaction in Edify when the workflow ends by arriving at the End module.

When toggled off, the script tab remains visible to the queue user.

When toggled on, the script tab is hidden from the queue user.
