Overview: Sync (Edify App)
This article gives an overview of Sync in Edify App.
What is Sync?
Sync is a one-click video conferencing solution that allows users to meet with coworkers, customers, and external users.
How do you access Sync?
In Edify App, navigate to a Channel or DM > Sync (camera icon) > Join Meeting. If you aren’t a member of the channel or direct message hosting the Sync, you can join using a link provided to you in the meeting invite.

Don't have an Edify Account?
Don’t worry! You can join a Sync using the link in the meeting invite or by dialing into the meeting with the phone number provided in the meeting invite.
